Deborah and I started fitness training in person two years ago. When the pandemic started, we transitioned to virtual in-home exercise with only a few weights and a lot of body resistance exercises. My body strength, mobility, and posture have improved substantially. My occasional back problems have become a thing of the past. Most noticeable is the improvement in my right leg. I broke this leg over 20 years ago and even after normal physical therapy, it never had normal strength and function for activities like skiing. As a result of Deborah’s therapeutic lower body strength training, this leg has literally regained “equal footing.” I am very pleased!
